The Mayor and City Council have launched a planning initiative called A Place to Grow as Beaumont becomes the fastest-growing community in the region. The business community, represented through the Chamber of Commerce, has been identified as a key stakeholder as the City moves forward with citizen engagement designed to:

• Understand and update the priorities emerging from the various City plans 
• Explore new ideas for funding the priorities.

City Council and administration emphasized the need to gather the perceptions and feedback of the business community.  The project team is eager to meet with Chamber members; you represent valuable stakeholder perspectives and deeply understand the community and what your colleagues, clients, and customers hope and want from a City the size of Beaumont.
