Special Meeting of Memebers
The Beaumont Chamber of Commerce Association has called a meeting of its members for January 15, 2021 from 12:30 PM- 1:00 PM for the purpose of a special resolution to repeal our 2010 bylaws and replace with our 2020 bylaws and for the purpose of a special resolution to make changes to our BCC objectives.

The Chamber previously filed our bylaws with Corporate Registries on October 18, 2010. In 2020 the BCC Bylaw Review Committee reviewed our bylaws and have proposed that we repeal and replace our 2010 bylaws with the 2020 bylaws.
MOTION:
For a Special Resolution to repeal our October 18th 2010 bylaws that are filed with corporate registries and replace with our 2020 bylaws as attached.3.c. Objective Changes
The Chamber previously filed our objectives with Corporate Registries on October 18, 2010. In 2020 the BCC Bylaw Review Committee reviewed our objectives and have proposed that we repeal a and replace the objectives to better align with the Chambers current objectives.
MOTION:
