    Curtis Haley
    Curtis has over 15 years of experience in the Financial Services industry, holding leadership positions in both retail and business banking. He's currently the Director of The ATB Financial Entrepreneur Centre.
    Throughout his career, Curtis has been involved with various Chamber of Commerce boards include Chair of the Grand Falls (NB) chamber for over 3 years.
    Curtis is originally from Eastern Canada and fully bilingual. Curtis and his family are proud residents of Beaumont since 2015.

    Rob Mackin
    Director, Economic Development
    Rob joined the ‘soon to be’ city of Beaumont as the Director of Economic Development in May 2018 and is excited to be part of this dynamic community.  Rob brings a broad range of experience to the Economic Development team in Beaumont with both private and public experience firmly under his belt. 
    Between 2013-2017, Rob was the Mayor of the Town of Hinton. Previous to taking the helm in Hinton, Rob co-owned a small business in Hinton and also worked as a consultant in the utility sector. Before moving to Hinton, Rob worked for over a decade in the utility sector in Calgary. Rob has also 
    worked in the technology and commercial real estate sector, and holds a Bachelor of Communications Degree in Public Relations.

    Linda Kuhn
    Linda is a journeyman Chef and owner/operator of Eagle’s Nest Catering Ltd.  She has been planning events and providing catering to Beaumont and area for over 20 years. Linda and her husband have 2 children.

    Ambere Porter brings 15 years of not-for-profit expertise in organizational development to the role of Director of Policy to the Chamber. Most recently, Ambere worked with Reach Edmonton Council for Safe Communities and Crime Stoppers Edmonton & Northern Alberta. With these roles, Ambere learned about Alberta's political landscape and forged relationships with corporate Alberta.
    Amere describes herself as is open-minded, transparent and values warm and professional relationships developed through consistent communication with clients and partners.
    Ambere is the mother of three awesome girls, has a Masters Degree in Business Leadership and loves to paint!

    Karla Loeppky, Personal Training Specialist, founded Your Body Your Weigh in 2010.
    Karla has had passion for fitness since she was a young girl, first with dance and then with figure skating, which she continued in at a competitive level until she was 19 years old.
    In 2005, Karla discovered the Learn to Run Program and with the assistance of cross training in the gym with weights, lost over 50 pounds.
    Soon after that Karla decided to take her personal training certificate in 2009. Since then she has completed other certifications and training and continues to grow her knowledge and passion to bring into every session with you.

    Lisa has over 25 years of leadership experience, with a background and certifications as an Executive Coach and World Class Speaking Coach. 
    She is a recognized and respected communication expert, executive coach, and international speaker.  
    Being a high-capacity leader with extensive experience coaching motivated entrepreneurs and executive professionals,  Lisa is uniquely skilled at simplifying complex problems and creating actionable and effective solutions.

    Jessica Laccetti, Ph.D
    Jessica is a digital communications expert. She is an adjunct professor at the University of Alberta where she has also had the opportunity to lecture at universities across Canada and the UK.
    Jessica also owns a consulting firm specializing in social media business & education strategy, social education, online learning, community management, customer/learner engagement, blogging.  She often consults for government, NPOs and SMEs usually with a focus on social media in relation to education/learning, transliteracy, new media, digital humanities or agriculture
